We started Strategista with a simple belief: that the advice which actually creates value comes from someone who has made the same decisions themselves, at scale, and lived with the consequences. Not another consultancy with generic frameworks, but a partner that operates the way founders and commercial leaders actually need.
We work with brands, entrepreneurs and retail companies within FMCG at critical stages of growth, across strategy consulting, interim leadership, board counsel and venture partnerships. Our experience spans senior roles inside some of Sweden's larger FMCG groups as well as building challenger brands from the ground up. That combination of perspectives is what we bring to every engagement.

How we work
When we step into an interim leadership role, we do it as a fully integrated part of the team, not as an external voice checking in from the sidelines. We own the outcome alongside the people we work with.
The same thinking applies across everything we do. Strategy work is about finding the right answer for your specific situation, not applying a template. Board counsel is most useful when it connects strategy to execution and asks the questions that matter before the numbers demand it. And for the right ventures, we partner as a commercial co-founder with shared upside rather than billing by the day.
What we have learned
One thing we keep coming back to is that the real power in retail often sits closer to the shelf than most commercial strategies acknowledge. The store manager, their enthusiasm, their placement decisions and their reorder patterns matter enormously. Understanding that dynamic from experience, rather than in theory, is at the core of what we do.
We are early in our journey as Strategista, but we are already at work. We look forward to building something worth being proud of.
